3700x原廠風扇用40塊的雜牌散熱膏 處理50% 溫度80 換了標稱5kw導熱的膏 散熱器接觸面特別用桐油擦得亮晶晶 膏塗比較薄一樣50% 溫度75 左右 爬了很多文 差不多就只能降成這樣了 所以不用改太多 頂多再降5度
