Fetch is a strange case since it's implied he was made when Freddy Fazbears was still open yet is capable of connecting to a smart phone something that should normally be impossible I think the FNIA crew would just find him strange rather than scary if they knew that he's actually misunderstanding commands he was not given two of which being the guys finger and well the girl who was killed in the end (I'm not an expert on the Fetch book so I could be missing some key details)
Personal I think fetch was just doing what it was programmed to do which was to be a friend but the problem was that his AI probably got damaged hint the reason why he would fetch anything he could get his mouth on. I don’t really think he was evil just doing what his AI told him to do or what he thought was right
