Citizen Voice and Action (CVA) is a social accountability model of World Vision Bangladesh that aims to address and strengthen inadequate delivery of essential services. This is done by improving the relationship between communities and local government, and empowering these communities to demand accountability from their government representatives. It places people at the heart of the system and strengthens transparency between citizens and their service providers for improved and equitable access to public services.
This documentary captured the contributions of World Vision in Health Sector through facilitating this Citizen Voice & Action model in Bangladesh.
