Literally me in 6thngrade when I knew I had a crappy reed and had to show/play it in front of the whole class including 2 seniors and sophomore all of which made all state that year😭😬
Sorry to bother but I play trombone. I’ve been playing for 4 years. I want to switch to tuba but there is only one other trombone player at my school. I feel like the tuba has a richer sound. I already know som fingerings but switching is a big deal. Can you compare tuba and trombone for me? (Also I hear that you can play the trombone part on the tuba as a replacement)
Jimmy is 100% the bane of all woodwind players.
I was totally expecting him to snap the reed in half before throwing it away lol
This is my good reed!

What instrument did you play growing up?
Do u use the same broken reed for an extended period of time or do I break one for every video (I hope it’s the first one😭)
@clairedaclarinet it’s whatever reeds my students have broken that month lol. I would not ruin a good one.
