same, back camera , front camera and finger print not working. Local service centre said its screw hole damage and all 3 components are going through same connection. Is it correct?. This is coming after IC repair

You can check this area may have been damaged by the long screw and cut some tracks for the cam.
It is the same area sir. And it have a mark of the screw. Thank alot sharing this video it help us alot to fix it.
The time that you noticed the ic was damaged and your back camera didn't work, is your Wifi can detect another?, is your data can turn on?
