to get electivire you have to go in the sewers and try to find an elekid which is pretty hard to find and then evolving it to electabuzz then from that to electivire

@@Nukeman556By the way if you want to evolve riolu, You need max friendshipon riolu, need to go to the small house at the right side of brimber city where route 6 door is and in that house that man tells the pokemon in your first slot friendship if it says “It couldn’t love you more” When at the riolu it means it’s gonna evolve, But to do get friendship you need to walk around anywhere with riolu in your first pokemon slot then after you get max friendship, level up riolu (level up at the morning ar night won’t work)
