Ghana should be careful with digitalization that deprives people from job. Our economy must first be strong, proper institutions and social interventions must be in place. Create more industries that produce and export globally before you start this. Deep dive research for job creation. Roads must all be motorable for smooth logistics.
The developed world embarked on digitalisation long ago. Has deprived their populace of jobs? Most def, some personnel won't be necessary when tech is introduced, but does that mean we shouldn't introduce it?

Ghanaians have to also treat the currency notes clean and neat if not with the way we crumple and fold money it will be difficult for the machines to accept them. our attitude and behaviour is very bad. trust me if this comes to Ghana still workers will have to be there to monitor if not people will come and spoil it or even intentionally damage it or try to break the machines.

industrialisation is the foundation on which 24 hour economy works... you cannot run 24hour system makola and kejetia... secondly demand and supply... demand and supply only operates on a few products in Ghana... we have to shift to industrialise systems and standardised systems... eg we can't have olonka system as a system still operational....even with olonka the weight of one olonka beans is different from one olonka gari... however 1kg of gari and 1kg of beans is the same weight... we have to standardise everything before we start thinking of 24 system...
