You can tell how much SM loves music. That's one thing I can feel after all these years being an SM fan. The vocals, the producers that they have. The way they're always trying new things.
Exactly ! I think it definitely shows how much they love the aspect of musical production (eg: producers telling stories of how fun the SM Song camps are) and just love to experiment various genres of music and they're definitely fearless in not caring the songs they release to be mainstream-focused !

Sm just don't follow trends, they are finding their own trends and that's so refreshing. I don't celebrate Christmas but i feel like i had some seasonal joy because of sm. This whole month felt like a celebration as a sm stan. There were so many gift sm gave us.

Time after time is just an ear candy. It is as sweet as honey. BoA, Wendy, and Ningning vocal combination is just unreal, this album is such a gift
SM saw that people were talking bad about their artist vocals and they gave us this masterpiece of an album to prove them wrong. 💖 also…they want everyone else o become SM stans 😂

OK but the way these 3 vocalists have disrespected my ears with their onslaught of delicious honey vocals this early in the morning is just not right!! I knew all of them could sing super well but I didn't know they could SANGGGGGGG.

SM make certified bops, every time they drop and album. And every time they debut a new group, they always jam pack it full of talent. It's amazing, the depth of talent and power that there is at this company. The fact that only about half of their amazing-est artists were on these 10 tracks, is the real jaw-dropper. They could literally put out a whole other album, with all of the members/artists that aren't on this album, so there are no overlaps, and have it bang just as much. That's crazy!!!

SM feels like the only Kpop company that genuinely makes music for the love of it and not just to make money. They produce incredible music, experiment and push the industry and that in turn makes them money.
Imagine the headache SM's A&R team is facing with the amount of talent they have to create this end of the year albums. It's a good headache to have lol!

I personally don't think that this album gonna be this amazing even though I'm an SM stan. That's why I'm not listening to all of the tracks until I found you reacting to them. But SM really bragging their best of the best talents and put it in the song that suits them.

25:00 the girl with the pink hat is Hyoyeon from Girls’ Generation. Not many people have given her recognition for her vocals/rapping since she rarely got lines in songs up until 2015 and has since done solo work as well. I do highly recommend you check out her solo stuff if you enjoyed her voice here. Fun fact, she’s also a DJ and has performed at the SMCU live aftershows. She’s my #1 ult so my heart is happy seeing your genuine reaction to her in your smcu videos.

For those shitting on SM vocals, SM artists have been serving vocals since forever. Before SMCU, there was S.M. THE BALLAD. Hot Times and Joint Recital Chen and Jonghyun were heavenly.
Ryeowook’s voice is so, so beautiful. He was the blond in celebrate! Some of my favorite moments in super junior songs are his - what a sweet sounding yet powerful voice. Thanks for appreciating him
I knew this album was going to be IT when I watch the track vid. It is truly insane how good SM artist are, I wish the company could improve in the areas we all need it has to, because they really know how to make music, cast talent and make a good use of it 💓💚

My favorite songs here are Priority, Time After Time, Happier and Good To Be Alive, but I do love the whole album. It screams "MUSIC" and that makes my heart happy.

16:25 Yep, he's Yesung, another main vocalist from Super Junior and one of my Utimate biases among Vocalists !! He can be real heavy and husky if he's singing a heart-wrenching song, but he can also sing airily like here and change the mood :)
