The "Give Me An Answer" ministry began as an outgrowth of the dialogues Cliffe Knechtle has had with students on various university campuses throughout the United States. These universities include the University of Maine, Harvard, MIT, University of Florida, University of Texas, University of Wisconsin, University of Minnesota, University of California Los Angeles, University of California San Diego, Berkeley, Stanford, University of Hawaii and the University of Washington. Cliffe spoke on these campuses in front of the Student Union or Library at noon for five to ten minutes. At the close of his initial remarks, he'd open up the time for questions and answers, which usually turned into a two to four hour dialogue with students. His crowd size ranged from 25 - 500 students at a time, and between classes, new students would join the discussion. This is an extremely effective way to reach a large number of university students with the Gospel of Christ.

I had deliverance I know what I experienced. I am born again now. Not everyone will understand or accept but that won’t stop me from testifying.

His followers are also proof of that in that Jesus is real because he changed them and continue to transform people today who are humble and willing but a person like you would never be touch or experience God's grace because of your hardened prideful rebellious and sinful heart. If you think the words of God written in this holy and historical book are non sense and faulty then by your dum admission all historical books and other documentation past and present shouldn't be trusted too and be considered a joke. It's so scary to hear someone say they'd rather not have free will...
If I had to choice between hell or no free will. I would pick no free will every time. Question. Does heaven not free will and also no cruel or brutal crimes or actions? So, it sounds like God did make a place with free will and no evil actions. Correct?
Thankfully, there are not only those two choices. It's heaven or hell, and a theoretical will-free universe which God did not create. What makes Heaven heaven is God's presence and rule (as opposed to here, where his authority is not always followed), freedom from temptation by the devil and his angels, as well as freedom from our sin nature, which craves sin. In these bodies, we cannot know what a sin-free body feels like, just like the person born with no legs cannot know (in this life) what walking feels like. There is so much more to the universe than we can comprehend. I would caution us not to be dismissive regarding God's design because of our own human limitations in understanding.

First of all there's proof that Jesus of Nazareth existed in history since the writings of Tacitus, Josephus Flavius, Pliny the younger and other historical documents prove that He was living two thousand years ago that even scholars both religious and Atheists agree with historically speaking but not that He's The Divine Son of God because obviously they don't.
I'm going to give you historical and archeological evidence for God's Existence as The Scriptures have prophecies that predate the events recorded in them by several millennia including Matthew, Hosea and Zechariah which prophesy accurately of the people of Israel becoming a nation again after over 1900 years of being scattered around the nations since the destruction of the Temple in Jerusalem in 70 A.D. spoken of by Christ in Matthew 23:29-24:3 and returning to their homeland after The Holocaust with Jerusalem as their capital in 1948 exactly as Jesus The Christ said. The prophets including Daniel spoke of the time where several world empires would arise and fall including the Babylonian kingdom, Medes and Persians, Roman Empire, and Saladin and the Muslims which went in consecutive order for the past few millennia. The people of Israel becoming a nation after The Holocaust in 1948 (ironically the melting point of gold as God compares Israel to gold that's tested in fire in Zechariah 13:8 and Jeremiah 16:15) exactly how Jesus The Christ said would happen since God us everything to come in The Scriptures and not just because people were working towards as Atheists claim which are impossible for any regular man to predict.

Evolution requires life to already exist in order to take any effect in living organisms so it doesn't account for the existence of Life and reality. Also evolution is impossible because it goes against The Law of entropy and the second Law of thermodynamics because evolution makes things better whereas nothing continues to get better but decays and turns to absolute destruction in the end. God's Existence is made perfectly known and observable in the universe as demonstrated in His Handiwork in the intelligently designed manner that Creation was made, human consciences and consciousness historical and archaeological evidence of God's Word being valid history, fulfillment of Bible Prophecies God in His Holiness and Righteousness could give us what we deserve in Hell for our since but He's merciful to give us free will to choose to accept or reject His gift of salvation by grace through faith in His Son Jesus. One of the more obviously incorrect things you've said is that evolution violates the law of entropy. This is wrong because entropy applies to closed systems. Life gets energy from the sun, even though the total workable energy in the universe declines, localized energy increases. Don't trust these apologists, they don't understand physics

The apostles KNEW whether they saw Jesus die and then rise again, they didn't get it second hand. That they were willing to die for this means they all witnessed something super-extraordinary to say the least, often in groups, and the psychological literature is clear that there is no such thing as mass hallucination.

Humans do not want to be told what to do or be held accountable for their actions. "Don't judge me" is the favorite response.
It really comes down to a matter of purpose. If you ask someone where does purpose come from they may answer from self or from the individual. But what happens when one individuals purpose conflicts with someone else’s? And what if one’s self defined purpose or desire comes at the expense of another person’s self defined purpose? Is one person right and the other wrong? As far as I can see we are the same type of creature, we are both Humans. In this life where we butt heads with each others self defined purposes, we find that they lead to conflict to war to death. But when we have one elevated and unified purpose, we do not conflict with each other, we do not war with each other, and we do not kill each other. But obviously since our self defined purposes differ with each other, we clearly have done the former thing and have killed each other. So who makes the rules? Jesus, says that God the Father makes the rules and to live for Him and His purposes. When you compare His instructions to all other ways of life you will find that at some point there is some sort of self indulgent purpose in those ways, and we just discussed that human self indulgence and self defined purpose leads to conflict. This self indulgence can be found in religions but not in following Christ. Every human goes their own way in their own self indulgence, and just because one is in a group that calls themselves a “religion” doesn’t make them any less self indulgent necessarily. You could say that any person who has there own self defined purpose has a religion in that sense. The difference is that in all ways within Being a Follower of Christ, you must deny yourself, and follow the precepts of God, and all of His ways produce life, concord, agreement and harmony. And God is not asking you to have blind faith. No! He says to test the spirits to see if they are of God. Raise the question of does this religion truly lead to concord, or does it lead to human self indulgence that will surely differ from someone else. God Bless You! Amen ❤

What is Sin? Breaking God's Laws (1John 3:4) is Sin according to the ENTIRETY of scripture. Isn't it a great deception the enemy has caused the masses to rebel against God's Laws, Feasts, Sabbaths, etc.... when Jesus Himself OBEYED them all. Did Jesus come to rebel against God and start His own religion? Maybe the disciples looked more like Messianic Jews than Christianity. After all, Jesus (not one made in our own image), was a Jew. He did not follow man-made traditions that were added on. He called out the Pharisees for not OBEYING God's Laws, and voiding them by their own traditions. Hand washing and Corbin were examples Jesus used, but there were many. If we are to FOLLOW Jesus and He OBEYED, how can we follow Him by disobeying?

You may have a good motive in what you are saying, however we cannot establish truth through isolating a single passage...or even a single book for that matter. We read _all of scripture,_ using scripture to analyze and interpret scripture. We arrive at the revealed truth of scripture in this way...for indeed, we might rightly come to the conclusion that _"I am no longer a sinner because now I am born again as I read in _*_1 JOHN 3._* However, when we read _other passages of scripture,_ we find that they *_seem to_* contradict one another...but they do not. For instance, in Romans 7 we find the Apostle Paul revealing his own personal struggle with sin...
_"For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am of the flesh, sold under sin. For I do not understand my own actions. For I do not do what I want, but I do the very thing I hate. Now if I do what I do not want, I agree with the law, that it is good. So now it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me. For I know that nothing good dwells in me, that is, in my flesh. For I have the desire to do what is right, but not the ability to carry it out. For I do not do the good I want, but the evil I do not want is what I keep on doing. Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells within me."_

Additionally, we see this truth also revealed in *1 JOHN 1:8-10...*
_" If we say we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us."_
These passages ( _as well as many others_ ) bring the revealed truth of scripture into balance. As such, we learn that although we are a new creation when we are born again, we are not yet complete in who we are and who we will become...for as Paul points out, we are new spirits that are still _trapped_ within _"this body of death."_ We know from scripture that we engage in a daily battle with our flesh...but at some point in time, we will shed this body and then at the resurrection, we will finally be complete, for our new body will be glorious, like Christ's, not a body of death, drawn to sin, as is the case with our current body. For as it says in *1 JOHN 3:2-3...*
_"Beloved, we are God's children now, and what we _*_will be has not yet appeared;_*_ but we know that when he appears we shall be like him, because we shall see him as he is. And everyone who thus hopes in him _*_purifies himself_*_ as he is pure."_
Indeed, passages such as *1 John 3:7-9* teach us about those who _claim_ to be of Christ, yet make no war against their flesh as Paul describes in Romans 7, but instead, they *_embrace_* sin! Willfully surrendering to sin rather than resisting. And it is _those_ who willfully embrace sin who are not true disciples of Christ. For as Jesus plainly stated...

I want to learn more of the Christian history, where can I start? I already read the bible
Paul Johnson _A History of Christianity._ It was authored in the 70's so it might be outdated (a ton of Ecumenical manuscripts were released in the mid 80's) and it covers the history from the early third century to the American Protestant movement of the late 19th century with a great deal of emphasis on the history of the Society of Jesus (Jesuits). He is a secularist and conservative (Br'ish) but one of the greatest research journalists ever. It is a great read.
I suppose it depends on what history you're interested in. The resources are voluminous.
I'd recommend narrowing your interest and determining how deeply you want to go in to that interest.
I asked that question when I found out Dec. 25th was not really the day he was born. It's not that I didn't know but rather I didn't really care or care to question. When I found out of the Council of Nicaea in 325, I was disappointed that it was decided by a committee of men. Dec. 25th was a pagan holiday and they decided to take (hijack) that day as his birthday since the people were already celebrating that day anyways. They didn't know exactly what day he was born. But they knew it wasn't that day, though.
I didn't know what I was expecting but I felt I was disappointed. I mean ... it's the day he was born. It could be any day because he would make that day special. Any ordinary day would be special simply because that's the day he was born. But no. They decided to take (hijack, steal) the pagan holiday. They decided to lie. Maybe that why I was disappointed. I don't know.
The next one was about the king Henry VIII and his 6 wives. I knew that but I didn't really know. How he made himself the head of (his) the church so he could divorce or annul his marriages to his wives. Understandable though because he needed a son to inherit the thrown. But to make himself the head of the Church? Because the Church didn't want to ... because of Isabella. Then I've learned of Isabella of Castile because Henry's first wife Catherine was her first daughter, Catalina. Because she had just took Spain from Moore's. Etc etc etc.
Then I read about the Crusades because I was interested in the Knights Templar anyways. And then then ...

When the boy asked "why couldn't God make a good world without freewill" 🤦♀️ God CAN do anything, however He has a very specific personality and He WONT just do anything. Because He is good, He WILL give us freewill. Too many people cannot understand simple concepts but here is one my biggest issues. I have children, I love them unconditionally. My children were disobedient like every other child on this planet. They would have things taken away from them or be grounded, etc. However, even if my children turned away from me, wanted nothing to do with me, I'd never have them tortured for the rest of their lives. I'd never tell my kids, "Hey, you either listen to me, believe in me, or if you don't then I will send you to a place where you will be eternally tortured."
I wonder how may Christians would even consider locking their children in the basement and set the house on fire.

@@Generatorman59 When you present the truth, most often people don't want to hear it. I gave my child example and I stand by it. If someone can explain how that makes any sense or how your example makes any sense then I'd love for them to explain it in a reasonable, understandable way.
Hell is simply not being in the same place as God for eternity. Where the "hell" part comes in is that you realize the reason you aren't where he is, is by your own choice. Have you ever had a mistake you have made that was your own choice and had to live with that choice for a long time? There is a certain "burn" and "fire" to that. Now take that to eternity. Seems pretty rough.... But it was your own choice. I don't think these descriptions of Hell are intended to be literal.
If only these students could demonstrate that they've applies even half the skepticism they pretend to have regarding the Christian faith toward their own faith (evolutionary and naturalistic beliefs). I'm afraid that the lack of such skepticism demonstrates only that they are more cynical than they are skeptical. I was in your shoes, I grew up atheist, an unbeliever and I love love loved my sin but then I found Him, more like I stop running and hiding from Him.
It wasn't until I was humbled that night I woke up driving through a ditch after I passed out due to being intoxicated.
I came to the end of myself that night and decided that I keep ending up in the same place facing the same problems and I had been hearing about God my entire life, so I gave up doing it myself and started seeking God and getting to know Him through His Word and come to find out, He is who He says He is in His Word, He does care and I know He does because my life hasn't been the same ever since.
I applied His Word to my every word and deed done and His way led me to being fulfilled and then I started seeing Him in everything and everywhere!
The Heavens declare His Glory. Did random chance create what we see or did what we see come to be as described in the Bible and I come to the conclusion that it couldn't have come through evolution.

Cliffe, God did not give human's free will. That is a Pagan belief not actually found in scripture. Rather God has lowered man corporeally and individually to the level of clay. We can't even come to God without Him drawing us, giving us faith to believe. Consider just a few scriptures that prove this point beyond any reasonable doubt. (We are called ACTS 2:39, We are ordained to Salvation ACTS 13:48. We did not choose Christ, He chose us John 15:16, No man can come to Christ unless drawn John 6:44. I don't agree i believe God is completely Sovereign and i believe He allowed sin to enter into creation. God knew Adam was going to sin so of course He could have stopped it but if He did we will never see His full character. We will never see His justice, wrath, mercy, grace, etc. There is a prescriptive decree which we see in His word and there is also an eternal decree that we cant comprehend because we are limited by time
