To make it in a competition is the main thing in the Philippines, winning or losing is not the main thing because just by being in big completions like this can jump start anybody’s career. Few of these kids made it in SHOW BUSINESS.
The first child, now a young man, is very famous now. In the Philippines he has 3 to 6 singles charting in the top 20 any week of the year. Very prolific artist.

Champion on that particular year.

There is the battles, sing offs, semi finals and finals... Each coach has a kid to compete...
Philippine audience is so tough to please. The competition is fierce. We demand the highest standard. So these kids with the encouragement of their parents, get the best training. Plus they must have exceptional talents.
Mr Richard that part of the show is the blind audition that the judges turned if they want the contestants but the contestants will pick their judge to guide them along the journey to the second phase until the finals but every phase of the show somebody will be eliminated until such time that three of them will be left for the finals.

FYI - the reason Lea Salonga said, “You are mine!” to the girl who sang “Home” g”(Esang de Torres) is because that little girl had previously been on tv singing as a mini-me Lea Salonga. (Esang sang a song from the musical ANNIE which Lea starred in age 9 - her first leading role on stage.)
