I just love how you embrace the culture and the people of each country. It may have been the "most rustic" place to have your laundry done, but I'm sure the people appreciated the business.
Camping on the mountains in Nicaragua are you kidding me? That's living life right there baby! Younger Becka couldn't be happier ❤. Great stuff guys!! Be well!
This episode has to be one of your best experiences. From start to finish you created so many amazing memories. The dramatic landscape is so unique and beautiful. I’ve said this before about your editing and narrative skillls this has to be the best so far. It’s as good as a BBC wildlife adventure. Seriously Becka and Zach, you are 2 amazing people and I’m so lucky to be able to follow your journey. Keep doing what you’re doing guys, having the adventures of a lifetime.
Absolute gem of an episode. You’re putting yourselves in such different cultural conditions. So courageous. Don’t think I’d slide down a dusty volcano, or be ok with cows interrupting my sleep. But it’s fascinating to watch you guys do it. Very fun to live vicariously thru your adventures in places I will never be. Thanks ❤️
Loved the intro, which set up for another great video. You capture moments and details with great clarity, giving us enough time to appreciate what we are seeing. Thank you
Wow! An incredible experience. Thanks for sharing. Terrific footage, and narration. Also, your choice of music is excellent. I continue to look forward to your next videos. Well done...
I truly enjoy your adventure in life, Becca has such an enthusiastic personality which I believe is contagious. What very nice episode, living the dream,,,
It’s not just about the destination, it is mostly about the adventures getting there. Seriously, this is some of the best content on YT. Congratulations and cheers! ❤️❤️
Beautiful, beautiful music choices ❤. Way to supplement the story. Well done! And you are in Nicaragua, not often seen, let alone showcased. Kudos, and thank you!
Another feature packed episode. :-) You seem to have the knack of capturing the "feel" of a place so well. A proper nature documentary to boot! :-) Loved it. Thank you for sharing. Richard (UK) #stillbloodydoingit
I love that you always anchor and go ashore to explore. I can't see why some people sail to a destination and never do anything. The rewards for sailing through storms and rough seas is when you get on land and meet people and learn from them.
I was today years old when I learned you could slide down a volcano! lol Love your enthusiasm and sense of adventure. Of all the sailing channels I follow, this is the first time seeing one travel to Nicuagura. Awesome!
Having never traveled to that area of the world I n fever thought it would be interesting buy you did a great job showing your followers a new country most will probable be able to visit. Beautiful singing and music , interesting activities and sightseeing. Jungle and hiking even some wildlife cows etc. I thought there were some very dangerous snakes, spiders, even dangerous catapillers in thst area as well! Thanks again, FWCS fair winds calm seas ⛵️
Go you, livin life to the fullest. I was riding that volcano board ride vicariously thru your video. Love the story and length of your video. . This trip would be an ocd challenge plus all that time with a stranger- felt for Katie..
It's amazing how Nicaragua has come on since the war, i was their briefly in the late 80's and things were not good, let's hope the rest of the world leaves them alone to thrive because they really are lovely people. Thanks for the tour. 👍
That experience would be worth every penny you payed for that hike, the swim, the Basillica all of it. The pictures and video probably do not do it justice. As some americans say, it was stupid beautiful.
I am so glad you followed your high school dream. So many people don't. And I have to tell you, I've never seen someone sail down a volcano. What fun! This is a beautiful video. Someone asked the question, "Where did the horses go?" The answer is wherever they want to go. Horses are God's gift to man. It would be best if you got to know them better. That is the beauty of the horse. The cattle peeing on your tent were Bramas. They can pee wherever they want! Continue following your dream, my fair lady. Enjoy the love in the lake. Safe sailing, guys. I'll keep watching.
What beautiful experiences, views, video, storytelling. And that sleeping in that tent is not called "camping" but "cramping". There's a more glamorous version of it with huge tents that have ready made beds in them, and something that functions like a kitchen. This is called "glamping". In either case, my back starts to hurt as soon as I look at these facilities. But you two featherweights are doing great with it.
Important safety tip when volcano surfing: unlike regular mountains, on volcanoes not all slopes of a crest necessarily lead to the base of the mountain. So when you are on the crater rim, be VERY mindful which side you slide down.
@@TeuluTribe you are a natural storyteller. Your voice over "reads" like a book and you guys are matching it with great footage. I know how exhausting the filming and editing. I went to school for it. Love being a long for the ride. I know you left Cosa Rica, but Pura Vida.
That reminds me of a trick I once heard from a Sahara explorer which might be of interest to you. They would get large screw-top containers of preferably black plastic, put water, detergent and dirty clothes in and let the merciless desert sun do the heating and the motion of the vehicle do the agitating. These tubs are used in chemical industry to store granulated and liquid chemicals, and look like pill boxes or the containers protein powder comes in, only a lot bigger. Hotels often get their pool chemicals in such tubs too. They usually got them for free.
Another great adventure. Sailors going on hikes is always a challenge, because no matter what they do on the boat to stay fit, it doesn't often include strenuous leg work. I don't think I've ever had a cow pee on a tent I was in, I can see how that might be concerning. 🙂 You've packed in a lot of really good stuff in this one. Thank you. Stay safe. ❤🙏
I love Teulu storytelling, such a wonderful couple, who are filled with wonder and gratitude even when a cow pees on their tent, we are all grateful they had a tent!
Thanks for your thoughtful comment! Hiking can definitely be a different kind of workout for sailors, but it’s all part of the adventure. Glad you enjoyed the video!
I have been watching you all for about 6 months.. maybe a bit longer. This is one of the fist episodes where I did NOT wish I was hanging out with you all. LOL! I'm glad you are experiencing life... but you can keep the camping while a cow tries to pee on you.. I'll pass. :). Looking forward to next week. Be safe!
Thanks for sticking around for the past six months! Camping can definitely have its moments, but we appreciate your support and hope to bring you more enjoyable episodes next week! 😊
@@TeuluTribe I just looked back and actually the first video I watched was where the cat ran into you twice ... so that was over a year ago according to UA-cam. I have watched every episode since. Appreciate you all for bringing smiles into my normal life. I do get to do a good amount of boating though on the west coast of Florida.. which is my happy place. I'm actually tooling up the coast right now at 8 knots in our power boat ... but.. alas the weekend is over which means back to the grind. Appreciate the reply, I never comment on videos so it was cool to see the response. Be blessed
I think you guys would love to hike thru Florida's Everglades... gators, pythons, bears, wild pigs and cougars... you won't believe how thrilling it feels when you make it out alive
Hey guys, are you still in Leon Nicaragua, there was a really good restaurant right across the street from the lazy bones hostel. That really the name . Not sure the name of the restaurant. I love Nicaragua. You guys are one country away from me. I'm in la esperanza Honduras
When I see a utility pole with so many wires I imagine there is an old timer who would tell you that he knows where every wire goes because he installed them himself.
Zach, open your eyes, AMERICA in a short time the continent will bring opportunities, especially that Nation, Nicaragüa and the British have been present since 1779, may be before. 🎀
Such a beautiful place must visit...sees a scorpion with small claws...maybe not! Ahem...pushes nerd glassed back up his nose....If you eat it and it's toxic then it's poisonous, like a some mushrooms. If it bites or stings you to inject a toxin, then it's venomous like some snakes.
Nice vid guys. A lot of contrasts and a lot of great content packed in. I'm curious. Was what you found at the top of the hike, a bit underwhelming? I was waiting for your guide to make a fire pit, start a fire and be able to offer you a hot meal. Or to spark up a camping stove to heat up a thick pre-made soup or stew. After hiking for six hours. You deserved something more than a sandwich. It wouldn't have been too hard to connect some wire to a battery and cordon off an area from the cows, to remove the risk of waking up in the middle of a giant puddle of cow piss. Anyone whose lived in the country. Knows that cows are noisy beasts and when they pee, its like a power shower turned up to eleven. The braying they do, you can hear for miles. No wonder calling someone a cow is a pejorative 🙂 Thanks for taking one for the team. If any of the rest of us find our way, down that way in future, we can chose to remain at sea level with the beers, the beaches and the beef steaks 😛
How you tell stories is amazing!
You should write a book sometime
Seriously, this video made my day!
I just love how you embrace the culture and the people of each country. It may have been the "most rustic" place to have your laundry done, but I'm sure the people appreciated the business.
What a packed episode. Puppies, kittens, cows, volcanoes, hiking, and food. I just ❤️ your videos

I like what @arteepee said! You do have a knack for capturing the essence of a place and dirt doesn't seem to bother you!
Thank you so 🙏 Yeah neither of us mind a bit of dirt 😅
Hmm, Katy looked miserable! Thanks for another amazing adventure. Hope you’re recovering well.
