- Tanks have always needed to be improved, and I'm happy to take that job.
Multiple barrels, more dynamic shapes, you have to account for anything in war and I do just that.

For most of the video, only one of the cannons in the array was firing. In the crew menu DF would have to assign all of the cannons to be fired by the same gunner in order to shoot them all as a single salvo. When his shots seems to be "losing effectiveness" as he added more, it was because his single usable cannon was missing.

@@Mr.Brothybear I think the one cannon in the middle was the only one freely moving up and down because it was the only one being controlled. The rest were staying at their default position, only shifting when the turret or the tank itself moved.
In case DF sees this and wants to make another video here's a few easy tips:
If all the cannons are correctly assigned to a single gunner then the game will only ask you to place 1 gunner sight. Place it on top of the turret at the very front, hanging off the edge, for a less obstructed scope view.
Reload speed is affected by crew with the Loader job assigned to the cannons. For a faster fire rate you can assign multiple loaders to a single gun.
The guns have bullet drop. Some of the "dud" shots were aimed too low to hit the distant target. You can raise the ammo's Propellant Length right below the Caliber setting. More gunpowder propellant = faster shots = less drop and more penetration.
When placing ammo in the tank the Capacity number on the side is how many bullets are being placed. You can raise that number to place more bullets simultaneously instead of manually having to relocate every pair. AP can also be switched to APHE for more explosion.

DF went through a full real tank evolution. He started with German designed Maus concept. Graduated to French light tanks. Then he started to explore the concept of reactive armor.
“They can even fire their gun” I love the idea that DF is so impressed by the main function of a tank
do it with snub nosed tanks, it may make you do flips due to less weight at the front, or it will just send you flying, either way, its fun (and explosive)

Congratulations DF, for the first half of the video you had what is basically a Tank Destroyer, a lightly armored vehicle with a _massive_ gun for, you guessed it, killing tanks. In terms of shooter games, Tank Destroyers, indeed, tend to be the equivalent of a sniper class, being weak, not very fast, but being able to usually kill enemies in one hit. The only thing stronger in sheer force would be an Artillery tank, which is notorious for sitting at the back end of the map and clicking on targets several kilometers out, to the point that the gun itself has to angle up (this being the signature of an artillery tank). They're also notorious for causing _insane_ area denial, artillery being one of the key causes of the hellish stalemate of World War 1.
Why does it not surprise me that DF + tank building = Tim 'The Toolman' Taylor spinoff material.

Before you put million barrels on it, the tank looked a bit like an M6A2E1 and then AMX 50. After that there's only M50 that sort of fits.

You should see my 250 tons beast, the "Panzerfresser 250T", this thing has the thickest armor possible and is almost invincible, the recoils from his one and only cannon makes it go backward 1t 15km/h, the cannon is so strong that it can love this beast, oh, also, it goes at 35 km/h, pretty fast for a 250 tons

Ahhh yes, the t35, a lovely vehicle until you get in one. 1 76mm with a coaxial lmg, 2 45mms with coaxial machine guns(sometimes has a coaxial) on individual turrets, and 2 machine gun turrets.

not personally, but iirc ik the guy that made this!! Hes a single dev that took a year out (or dropped out, i cant remember) of university to work on the game because it got so popular, all i was told by the staff at the uni was "his bank account was very happy" 😂
