They were told to come at a certain time for her section (went from last names S-Z) and I wish I could have seen her graduate as I graduated from the same high-school as her. It really sucks here in Canada, I feel you on that 🥲

I went to South Korea to attend graduate school and this February I graduated. We didn’t have a ceremony but were allowed to borrow a gown and take pictures on campus. At first I didn’t want to do it because I knew I would be emotional not having my family me with me. But then I wanted to at least capture that moment and send it to my family. But seeing all the Korean students with their parents and also taking family pictures just made me so emotional and sad. It was one of the toughest days since I came here. Hope you will be still able to make the best out of your graduation 🥰
