I was driving home, listening to WNEW when this went out live. When they hit “Imagine”, I had to pull into the shoulder and stop when he said “Imagine, nothing but friggin Italians”. I was laughing so hard, I must have looked like I was having a seizure.

In the KKK song, the Little Rascals (actually "Our Gang") reference is to the silent-era short film "Lodge Night" which mockingly depicted the "Cluck Cluck Clams" as an integrated club. The KKK vehemently protested that film and issued death threats to Hal Roach and others involved with the Our Gang franchise. And there was no "Amos." The black Our Gangers in that one were Sunshine Sammy and Farina.
