Thank you so much. I hope your son has no problem with that. But it sounds so cool - Proxility using light saber :-) I like it. If he ask you where it's gone you'll answer in a deep voice: "I'm your father..."

Hi Dear Daniel..very interesting concept...just did it with you....hip streches are wonderful exercise to keep doing when growing older....exercise 9 was challenging for me for now ...I had to keep my lower leg down on mat...but I will practice so eventually I can bend it towards the chair or wall....your flexibility is out of this world....Thank you. loved it !!! x
I did it. Oh God, I got so much pain after. It looks easy but it's not. Despite that I really loved this exercise cause It relaxed my muscles and was feeling sooooo great💃. Thanks Dr you are the best 😉🙏💪♥️

Yes it's not that easy. But it is so effective when you do this exercises 2-3 times a week.
