The flow is better, thoughts more organized and things explained more concisely. It might be less "organic", but it's probably here to stay. Ellen Baker pointing at things will also remain after positive feedback, but will most likely be replaced by a Meyrin version in early 2020 to be in line with the channel theme. Ah yes... an awkward unit to pilot, when you think you're good piloting this unit and destroy the enemy, but in reality the system is the one doing the job. You just sit in the cockpit and mashing the button think that your fight but actually not...
The S Gundam was developed from the ZZ Gundam and I think you can still pilot the suit yourself by removing the A.I. that was put in the suit.Every suit has A.L.I.C.E. installed in it but the A.I. of the S Gundam Ryuu used was programmed by his mom.
I Like Bandai era of 2000 they had much ambition to launch things of sentinel or the Titans Test gunpla or the Daggers variants and not be P bandai (and many 1/100 NG) , I hope we return to that era.
I've build the 1.5 mg version,that thing is freaking awesome just a little problems here and there though. I personally find my hg exia+gn arms type e/pg mk2/ex-s+s gundam the most beautifull pieces i have

they could've done S-Gundam Booster Unit Type w this a long time ago. but i think after seeing the probability of Mk.III release, they just wait & develop for proper revive release(s).
I'd pilot it! Alice would have to do a lot of leg work early on, but as I got better at it I would have her help me cover my blind spots. While I would want to use Funnels and other newtype weapons... I'll take Alice and her wonderful assistance any time!!

Thanks for doing a review on this. It feels like that this is a pretty rare kit which not a lot of people cover. Might be because you really need to put more effort into it when it comes to painting details. I'm already dreading doing mine. 😅😂
I’m unsure if I want the MG or the HG, I know the MG has more gimmicks but is just a brick really. The HG is smaller for the space I have but requires more painting work. I know it’s unlikely but I hope we get revived or 1.5’s for the EX and EX S Gundams. I’m most likely leaning towards the MG.
Master grade is awsome. Ive built it and it looks better and its bigger. The plastic also doesnt look as cheap. Also the articulation is about the same. Plus the Master grade transforms
I got this kit years ago and I did a loooot of hand painting on this kit...it turn out good but couple years later the white plastic turn into disgusting yellow color which doesn't look good.... If you want the Ex-s in 1/144 scale just get the Metal Robot Damashii ver, which looks amazing.

Thanks for the review. This thing costs $73 USD here and I'll give it a big pass. I'm going to buy my first gunpla very soon and this was one of the (limited choices of) candidates. I'll probably go with a Zephyrantes Full Burnern RG instead (cheaper price too).
I was a little upset when i noticed the painting needing done. Hopefully can find what i need to take care of it. Maybe some kinda gunpla paint pen or something
Blake Means - You don’t need to paint anything. If you mean panel lining in the ridges, there are gundam markers you can get, but it’s not like you have to. If you do decide to actually paint the model, you need to spray the parts separately with a rattle can or an airbrush. There are tutorials on how to paint gunpla. I deliberately don’t paint them, because they’re a break for me from painting 40k.

Maybe after you can pilot it properly, you can mount funnels to the back wings, and have ALICE focus on that
