OMG I love your content and how you showcase not only the history of the restaurant/city but the owners & the community. I love it And I appreciate you for that.Because I get to learn about other places. Thank you, may. God bless you & continue to shine. P.S. I love your intro... You got those dance moves I see💃🏾😅
Bless that dear hearted Lady, she is my kind of people. Thanks for giving us a flavor of more than just the food, but the story as well and showcasing the good people and their passions. Well done Barry.
Nettie is a sweet lady. I’ve known her all my life. They’re right about it being a family oriented place. She and my nana were great friends, and she even cooked for my wedding. We had breakfast! She and her son even sang for my parent’s wedding. The last couple years of my nana’s life, she lived in an apartment on the street out back of the restaurant. Nettie would even bring her new recipes to try when they were getting the menu together and training for the restaurant’s opening. Jerry was also my first boss, and we work with each other now doing machining contracting for factories in etown and Louisville. I’m glad they got to have you at the restaurant. Hopefully you can do a face to face interview with them sometime!
Love these family owned restaurants. They remind me of places my grandparents took me to in Texas, way out in the country. You truly Grace your city and state by showing off how wonderful the food and people are. I am going to visit Kentucky because of your channel.
Love the charm of old buildings. Mrs Nettie seems like a lovely person. I hope you can get back there and have a sit down with her. The food looked really good and the hospitality was nice. Thanks for another great review!!!😊
Great place, have known Miss Nettie most of my life. Dont think she ever met a stranger. My wife and i live a rocks throw from there so we get to go there often. Really enjoy watching your channel, keep up the good work and God Bless.
