My father is a physiotherapist, and throughout his Life he has been serving poor patients who can't afford this much fees, he charges 100 rupees per session of 1hr for any patient. I'm really proud of my dad.

I am a physiotherapist for last 16 years, i live in a small town in Assam. I own and run a clinic here. I see around 20 patients a day in my clinic (average) and i charge 400/- to 500/- per session. I have few assistants who treats around 7-8 patients as home visits from where I earn referral fees of 30% every patient. I myself do few home visits where i charge 600/- per session. That way i earn around 10-12 thousand a day. Which is like 3 lakhs a month. If you deduct expenses of around 50 thousand a month, i have 2.5 Lakhs a month. There are other numerous ways to increase your income like selling products, seminars etc etc.
This is what I am earning staying in a small town, imagine what big city guys are earning. Ofcourse when I was getting salary working as a physiotherapist in hospitals in my early years, it was like peanuts/fractions of what i am earning now. More importantly i have enough time to follow my hobbies, go to gym, spent time with family, travel etc etc

The machines, the electric wires, exercises equipments fascinated me so much that I made up my mind to become a physiotherapist only. This was my first choice.

Thats exactly why it is called earning 'potential'.Its not like everyone who pursues physiotherapy earns like this...only the top 5% of their respective fields are able to charge like this, not everyone.The earning potential of every field is lucrative.

I'm a doctor....for appendicitis you need to undergo appendectomy...Its hardly a 1hr surgery and you need to pay 45k to 60k for it 😁

I'm already a BPT graduate from a well reputed college working in a Max Super speciality Hospital let me tell you agar khud ka setup bna skte ho wo bhi in a Developed city like delhi ncr or Mumbai Pune to hi just go for it otherwise even after MPT you'll only get 30k to 35k per month in a well reputed hospitals and after entering in a hospital for a job aap as a physio hi treat kiye jaoge like wo respect jo doctors ko milti h wo to bhool hi jao...Mbbs doctors Jin logo k sath hm work krte h wo kuch ni smjhte yar hmare profession ko even hmse zyda respect to Sister ko mill jaati h...i mean nurse ko...Or 3k per session aapko after a long experience milte wo bhi tb jb apne apna name bna liya ho like 12-15 years k experience k baad...or un sessions k liye bhi Home visits lene padhte h jo k mostly girls prefer nhi krti and I repeat ye price bhi India m sirf big cities m h...but yea in abroad you can get a good pay..
And one more thing m kisi ko demotivate nhi kr rhi hu just sharing my experience and I'm not the only one.
