So hard reset the phone then u go in to privacy policy. Sometimes you'll be able to get into the Internet by holding letters down to highlight them. And it'll say we search. Other times in the privacy policy youtube will have a link. Go to UA-cam from there go to settings remove previous google account and add your email.

It won't let you power off your phone without a password? wtf? What phone do you have? It required a password from me befor the hard reset but I just typed in a wrong password 4 times and after that it proceeded to wipe the phone and everything on it. It is now as good as new
