When I wake up at 5am I always have a set morning routine, but daylight savings really confused my body and my sleeping schedule. Here's a day in my life as I try to get my life together and wake up at 5AM. I try to be super productive and I hope it pushes you to be more productive and wake up earlier, too! :)

It’s hard in the beginning but don’t give up and also have a reason to wake up like studying, working out, or just finishing some leftover homework make sure ur hydrated and wash ur face right after u wake up to keep u awake (but I am a morning shower person but ur choice) GOOD LUCK!!
