Nice video..Reminded me of my time at Cambridge U ni in the 90s. My bike got trashed by late night pub revelers while visiting friends at another college. Meeting Stephen Hawkins, putting down on the Cam to have high tea at Granchester (nearby village), Ox Cam rowing competition on Thames (London) and walking the backs in spring were my favorite. International and local friends, cricket, football, college high table, grad commons, libraries, Cavendish labs, mad cow...... unique experience.
Just to clarify - You apply to a college only if you’re applying for an undergraduate course - you apply directly to the Uni if it‘s a post grad/ PHD etc and choose a college only if you get an admit. Colleges conduct NO classes and are only for pastoral support. Only supervisions are “hosted” in college (and these aren’t relevant to most post grad courses if not all) - academics are a Uni matter. Glad you enjoyed your visit to Cambridge!! :)

Go for it, Just make sure to search for scholarships and other financial funding options a year prior to applying, I had to give up on many great universities that I got accepted in due to financial issues (Not cambridge though, utni aukaat nahi hai meri 😂)

Hello I'm a 25 year old guy from India I did my schooling from a local state board school and did my undergraduate in bsc(program) but I'm not satisfied with it and i want to pursue bsc mathematics from the UK but my State board 12th degree is not recognised by these universities. I want to complete A-level mathematics in a year and i am ready to study hard though I was not attending any college i have completed one variable calculus on my own and also have knowledge of algebra and multivariable calculus. I have got 90% marks in mathematics in my high school and 12th but my degree is useless. Hope you can reply.
