As a current 1st year 1st company Schneider company driver I started at .42cpm after 8 months .44cpm my net with a couple benefits is anywhere 700-1k. Heartland express offered me about 1.6k GROSS and stick shift. Sooo… might be where I go next and pick up an account or division. I like Schneider tho good training, nice facilities, many many lots you can park they have a lot 20 min from Los Angeles where I live. I just hated how they have a no Bluetooth headset no CB radio policy but yet my driver leader called me while I’m driving multiple times when they are able to see when I’m driving. Always had me feeling I was being set up but once I told him that he stopped. So… good starting company in my opinion but when I compare pay… eeeee. Would stay if pay was better.
Schneider is a terrible company. I worked there. Unless you are on NDF account you will not make over 1k a week. The NDF account team leads are not the best. And they will play with your home time

Shniedr pays aboutn300 to 400 net pr week over a year. That's what you will make there 400 x 52. That's your actual yearly wage

There is no possible way you make 1000 a week every week at shnieder. The average pay is 300 to 400 net per week over a year

Great company starting out for training/ experience . Also one of the worse paying in the industry . Get your time in then run
