    Chalk(F), Siltstone(F,M), limestone(F,M,C),Tillite(C), Conglomerate(C),are also included within the sedimentary rocks.F=Fine,M=Medium,C=coarse.

    I appreciate your fact compacted video so much. I am homeschooling two grandchildren ages 8 and 6 and it is helping tremendously. The 8 yr. old reads on a college level so thank you again. Where can we find more of your geology videos about metamorphic and igneous rocks?

    Excellent very clear explanation! Thanks! (I found a rock recently that looks something like granite, but the grains are too small for granite. I tried to identify it for some time with no success, and then today I found out it's amphibolite!! - which is a sedimentary rock, not an igneous rock like granite.)

    Hi Mike........thank you for a very well explained video on sedimentary rocks. I am also in a geology class (physical lab) and we just finished covering the 3 types of rocks. Taking a test on Monday so I'm hoping this will stick in my head and I pass this test! Thanks !

    I think people are misunderstanding the purpose of this video. This is just for a revision. , not to learn the entire lesson in detail. And for those who say he is better than teachers, well thats the thing, teachers have to teach a large number of students in a short time . By the way, your videos are great :)

    One problem that I often see - "organic" does not mean made by organisms, it refers to C-H bonds that make up sugars, so rocks made up of shells (e.g., coquina) is not considered organic.
