Feel like a bit of a jackass. Took your video classes like a year ago, then about 6 months ago really got into the work, set up my daily routine, did the grind, focused on self. Got an energy healing mentor, and literally worked it. I can remember the day that I wrote in my book, (because even when you focus on yourself, you still feel them) to let them go, once again. Then they contact me. After that I just went back to being absolutely off the hook mad pants. Slowly getting back to what I was on, but tbh I'm kind of just dreading them coming back. I know it's not their fault but I completely detached from all my work. Thanks for the reminder.

This twin flame nightmare is a total catch-22 situation. There is a person that is constantly on your mind and you have no control no matter what you do or tell yourself, you cannot stop thinking about them. They are there....constantly, never ending living in your head and heart. But all the experts say that if you think about them you are pushing them away. I've watched the videos on how to stop thinking about them, how to disengage, none of it works and It makes absolutely no sense.
I went to a Tantra seminar for 4 days and it helped me a lot to think more about other people and myself and less about TF
I swear I’m in the same situation nothing works I just want it to stop😩

I met my twin flame in 1976 and she was constantly on my mind for about 10 years and slowly faded away until I would only think of her once or twice a year and I started thinking I was over her. Then a couple of weeks after Thanksgiving in 2018 I got hit with a wave of emotion about her that was as strong as the day we broke up. It was horrible, I couldn't eat, sleep for a month and I felt like she was trying to get in touch with me. I reactivated my facebook account and had a weird obsession with exercising. That feeling slowly decreased to the low level presence of her in my mind that continues to this day. I don't want a "reunion", I don't want her back, I don't care if I never see her again, I just want to get her out of my head. i sometimes think if God wants us to have a "spiritual awakening" you would think he could find a way to do it that is not so horrible.

It finally started to slow down. I’m finally getting him to move out of my head. It’s a slow process. I’m too busy having fun to think about him… that is helping a lot. I just concentrate on doing what makes me happy.
Mine has said he can't stop thinking about me. He said he's never experienced anything like this before. He says this every time i see him. I am thankful i am getting less and less thoughts of him.

@libertybelle8244 Everyone's experience is different. There are so many things that are similar and so many that are different. I mentioned in a few other comments that mine kept saying he wanted to hit me. I never understood why. When he reached out last month, his explanation had me laughing! He didn't want to hurt me. It was just a turn-on for him. He couldn't believe I wasn't into it.... I thought we had clear communication the entire time, nope!
And remember guys, when they start talking to you, dont show them any emotions like sadness, love or anger... If you have emotions, calm down yourself, dont tell them about
Every day I'm working on myself, minding my own business and doing what i need to get done. But I still seem to bombarded with reminders of him. Like his energy is always around me. Someone around me says his name, not necessarily in reference to him or there is a character on the tv show my kids are watching with his name. And i have to breathe and let go again.
Still here working on my own shit! But it gets frustrating with all these reminders.

I think in the beginning, they aren't thinking much about us or distract but it comes to a point where they do think about us as much or more. Mine confessed he thinks about me every morning, every night and all day long.

After meeting him, I started watching tarot (never did before), then started my own tarot channel 😂 then in January of 2021 I got pregnant. Miracle baby, my DM had a vasectomy. Just keep surrendering and I would recommend healing as well. Almost six years since we met and I'm just now taking serious action in regards to my healing. Sending love

I think of him every second of the day for 3 years but I don't think he thinks of me though. We always bump into each other in weird random places and the tension is there but no words are ever expressed. There's a huge undercurrent of emotion but all we talk about is the weather. 😕

My discovery is that just as with life, balance is necessary. I've leaned into an 80/20 mentality. Basically setting my mental, spiritual, and emotional needs first. I do this not only with intent but because despite the pain I crave the soul expansion like a drug. I feel the necessary components to being the highest, most beautifully aligned human. I feel this for the collective, because we are here to heal the earths energy. Mother earth holds all of us and soaks in the despair of others. We must realize our mission is to lift the sadness, step into our light. Embrace your pain and believe that it will rise as love.

I remember when I first started thinking about them, I woke up and it was like something whispered their name into my ear.... It was so clear and blunt, it freaked me out. This is why I keep wondering if I just have a demon attached to me or something... Except for all the inner work... Idk i give up! I go back and forth on whether or not its real or a trick... I keep reviewing everything thats happened and questioning all of it...

I haven't heard from mine DM since September. Telling me, "He's been thinking about me." I tried to call him to give my condolences. He changed his number 🤷🏾♀️ The last time I saw him, he spoke to me. I spoke back and had a short conversation, but I never said a thing about him changing his number.

I’m still trying to decide if the man I’m obsessively thinking about is my TF or not. I worked with him for two years before developing intense feelings for him and he pursued me. Now it’s definitely a situation where I’m the chaser (quietly, I hide it well). He can see right through me. He knows what I’m thinking and feeling at all times and I have a similar awareness of him. He was very much into the idea of us being intimate but due to logical reasons we couldn’t let that happen. It seems that he’s moved to a place where he’s happy as good friends who joke and make innuendos from time to time whereas I’m disheartened to my core. It’s taught me that need to learn how to love myself though and not rely on external validation as I have up until recently…so I am being pushed into an ‘egoless’ world…but this wasn’t an immediate connection like everyone else’s.
