The cellular structures are organized thus allowing more electricity to be contained. Drinking this water will stabilize your bodies cellular structures and facilitate full body regeneration. Research Structured Water and Ormus if you have any other questions.

Interesting. You never really think of the water level when a vortex forms. As the vortex forms, there a cone shape of missing water in the middle. And since water is not compressible, the volume has to go somewhere. So it goes up
I used to have a little desk ornament that did this. It was green liquid with red blobs on top. When you turned it on the blobs looked like tornado debris. Ah the 90’s
I tried this in my fishtank with a screen to protect the fish from the fan. They love it! They spin in circles, and after they are tired from playing, they take a nap on the safety screen.
Pretty, but if you want to suppress this vortex, like if you want to mix a second fluid into this fluid, add 4 evenly spaced baffles to the inside wall of the tank. Set the baffle width to (Tank Dia.)/12 and set the height to the liquid depth. Set the thickness to 0.06 inch for this small tank. Also, for small tanks like this, attach the baffles to a flat, doughnut shaped horizontal disk that can set on the top lip of the tank. For bigger tanks, the baffles are bolted to angle-iron brackets that are welded to the tank inside wall.
Now, imagine one that the military owns. They turn it on in the middle of the ocean and you can fly into the vortex down to a platform and disappear under the water when they turn it off.
Did this in a science class in the 4th grade. Duct tape to 2 liters bottles 1 full of water together and flip it over squirrel them around. Hence a vortex or what we called a water tornado.
Our old vacation place had a huge tube/cylinder filled with water and a wheel which you could spin to get exactly this effect but in way bigger. That was amazing.
the manly urge to drink it
😂
Oh, yeah drink it that’s what I was thinking
Apparently, we can rate comments now. So here you go: 🙂

I’m talking about the vortex we’re seeing. If you countered the rotation the vortex would crash
