The biggest question about this case is that why 9 member bench was reformed to 5 member instead of 7 member bench after exclusion of 2 controversial members. It looks that balancing act has played it's role. Other option of full court bench was also not considered by the honourable CJP which is strange. It was the only way to avoid the present controversial situation.

Here we are making an issue of a court decision that in reality may be of interest to a few politicians when the reality for rest of the country is the treasury is empty, economy is going down the drain, job losses threaten due to power shortages among other things, while the few utterly disgusted thinking people wonder what next? As any student of history would know it will not be good.
