Plastic ball, 2 handed spares absolutely. Gives you more practice. Personally, that's what I do and while I'm not a great bowler I do think it's the best to keep my forms consistent as I can.

How do you feel about old heads getting mad at 2 handers? I’ve been posting on UA-cam and instagram and instagram auto posts to Facebook and old heads on there seem to find the need to hate on my 2 handedness and also for some odd reason the topknot I’m rocking with.
