    Incident or Accident: would Hawaiian Airlines Flight 35 experiencing severe turbulence which injured 35 people, 11 seriously, be called an airline accident? It sounds like it would based on the discussion at the beginning of the episode, but I don't think I have heard that in the press coverage.

    I don't know what kind of military Gus is in but my branch gives me a lot of authority to say "This is unsafe, I won't do it/go there."

      I think he’s referring to when people say you don’t disobey an order no matter what. I’m sure there are some officials that are like that but it’s more of a generalization. I think you can legally disobey a military order if you know it’s unsafe or illegal. But not sure.

      @@flightsnotfeelings5867 Atleast in the USA "I was just following orders" is not a valid defense in any context and they make that very clear in training.
