Zis 30 has 145mm of penetration and around enough to penetrate a kv1 from 500m. Repair costs are only 500sl apiece and with a crew replacement the only way your getting one hit is with HE. zis 30 also has a top speed of 48kmph and is highly maneuverable and versatile, and it's only real weakness are aircraft. Would take the zis 30 into 3.7 no worries, maybe even 4.7 because of how incredible the gun is. Highly recommend the zis 30.
