It's interesting seeing this scenario play out this way because it goes to show how delicate the writing has been for Gege. If any little thing changes ever so slightly, the story could be entirely different. Kenjaku is simply on another level of mastermind.
Kenjaku didn't plan for everything. But that's what makes him the best. Adaptable, versatile and very patience. He is very smart but JJK world is full of unpredictable things. Toji, star plasma vessel and then Gojo ( human with unlimited potential) His ability to adapt with everything is what makes him the best. If he replace Aizen in bleach, he won't lose his minds when Ichigo suddenly become much more stronger than him. Probably already have back up plan in case something unexpected happens. Resourceful and adaptable, as a villain Kenjaku is really dangerous
I think the more I reread, the more I enjoy the idea of main characters being weak compared to old and new top dogs. They definitely will acquire some boost to go from Grade 1 -> Special/Semi Special Grade, (Sukuna’s▫️/ Devour technique and Megumi having higher stats) but we have to wait for that to come.
Just want to point out at 6:20 that Yuta could have ended the fight at any time with RCT, he was just hiding it because he didn't want Uro or Ishigori who were watching him to know he could. But yeah, Kurorushi was pretty tough to survive against Yuta without him using unmanifested Rika (she was protecting civilians) or fully manifested Rika where he had access to curse tools and curse techniques.

Videos like this remind me just how much Megumi and Yuji need to grow to remain plot relevant. Sukuna will probably bail either one of them out worst case but Angel makes it seem like they have some way of dealing with him. It took Megumi’s whole bag to handle Reggie and Yuji would have died if Higuruma didn’t have a change of heart. Without RCT they are particularly vulnerable. Hakari and Yuta dealt with surprise attacks and strong techniques by healing themselves.

There's reason why they don't end up in Sendai or Tokyo colony doesn't have player like Uro/Ryu. For me, It doesn't reduce their relevancy in the story. It's just show that they'll have their development more later on.. and not only that, Megumi had a lot loose tied that yet to be explored. Yuuji has his dynamic with Sukuna and Kenjaku, literally the two final villain. On the other hand, there aren't much to show about yuta/hakari, and unlike Gojo, I feel like they were there just because they're strong. I bet even Maki and Nobara (when she coming back) will have much more relevancy than they are. And jjk don't necessary move by the fight. Look at Kenjaku plan.
This is honestly super accurate, Yuji and Megumi’s fights are leagues below(In terms of combat ability) literally every other fight in the Battle Royale(Hakari and Mai’s battles are already way harsher) much less the battles that took place in the Sendai Colony. But I can still see two options for them to be in anything other than body bags, namely Mahoraga and Sukuna. Sukuna most likely wouldn’t accept his vessel and/or Megumi dying(It’s not like he would consider losing to some of the strongest sorcerers in history *particularly* pathetic anyways), and Sendai Colony Fighters might be trigger-happy enough to pick a fight with Mahoraga while or after it’s battling/dealt with the opponent Megumi has chosen(Especially the Mindless Cursed Spirit and Mr. ‘Gourmet’ Granite Man). I don’t think they could beat Mahoraga before it adapts to what is essentially their one attack and they don’t have the sheer lethality required to put it down after it does so either.

Absolutely. Ryu is a underrated beast. He has the highest CE output of all time (stated) and doesn't suffer from any real CT burnout and has an unknown domain and is way more durable than Yuta (special grade btw) and was able to best him in hand to hand (special grade prodigy btw) and was potentially hinted at by narrative to be able to give Kashimo a good fight or be on his level (hyped up by Kenny himself?!). One of my favourite JJK characters for sure. Sucks he died so unfortunately.
The only way I can see Yuuji and Megumi dealing with any opponent from Sendai Colony would be if Megumi could make a Divine Dog spam inside his domain and we were to assume that the domain amps the Divine Dog enough to go from "scratch damage" to "something that can build up into serious damage", and meanwhile Yuuji just kept being protected by Megumi-created distractions and managed to spam full power Black Flashes on the enemy without getting hit even once. Anything less, and they're getting bodied.
Sukuna can only take over Yuji's body with the 1 minute thing or Yuji agree to switch place with him. I don't understand why people keep saying Sukuna will save them, even if Sukuna use the 1 minute thing to take over Yuji's body, he can't hurt, kill or escape the colony with Megumi so the ONLY way the two could survive is Yuji let Sukuna take over WILLINGLY

Megumi's main fight in the culling games was a guy who could summon a freaking house lol. That was that guys best attack. Just imagine any of the fighters from Sendai up against Reggie Star. Any of them would probably just knock him out with the same ease and casualness that Yuta knocked out Choso. They are so not ready for fighting anyone that could give Yuta trouble.

Honestly don't know if that would work. If they have knowledge of mahoraga they may jump him as hard as yuji and nanami jumped mahito. I think sukuna would make a binding vow with yuji to protect megumi and kill the four or beat them into submission.

Unless it's someonw with multiple techniques like Sukuna or Yuta for example, they wont be able to deal with Mahoraga. And none of tye sendai characters have multiple techniques. Also Ryu and Uro are not gonna work with each other no matter what.

So I think Mahoraga had a huge advantage only on curses like Kurourushi because of its positive energy but not on sorcerers. Broken Ronin, there is one thing you could consider though it too is a worst case scenario. Sukina come into play, he's interesting in Megumi and he doesn't seem to want to die, if push comes to shove maybe he backs Yugi into a binding vow, or uses the one he's already got with him. That gives him one minute to defeat the other sorcerers, not saying it works BUT it is a possibility. I do really hope both Megumi and Yuji get some kind of boost, without they are screwed going forward, they just are not strong enough for the culling games.

There's a reason why the two strongest Jujutsu High students went to Sendai and Tokyo no 2, no one else on the good guy's side could deal with those sorcerers. Even seasoned Grade 1's would lose their shit in Sendai, Yuji and Megumi get folded before they can move a muscle

I was going to mention megumi’s domain expansion, then I remembered it’s incomplete whilst ishigori and uro most definitely have a fully formed domain which would trump megumi’s. Also, this was an interesting video, it would be cool to see more what ifs.
I have a hot take that I think is pretty good, star Wrath would've been an awesome technique for Yuji to develop and evolve with, I love Yuki Tsukumo as a character and everything about her, but now we're never gonna see her domain expansion of maximum technique or anything further from Star Wrath which kind of makes it a wasted ability, and I don't mean he would start out with Yuki's power but if he had a limit for the mass he could output the just kept getting higher that would be awesome, and it makes me feel weird that we got such an awesome character and set of abilities that were not gonna see any more of, idk I just thought this would be pretty cool what do yall think

you see how Yuji and Megumi make an alliance with Kuroshi is that they give him a can and some other iron which will lead Kuroshi to work with them as long as they get more iron

And the likelihood OF sukuna coming out in this scenario is actually VERY likely considering how sukuna seems to have an interest in megumi and considering how sukuna did make a binding vow with Yuji to be able to switch out with him for one minute I don't see why sukuna wouldn't just get megumi FAR away from him enough to perform a domain expansion and decimate everyone there......
Sukuna’s binding vow makes it so that he can’t hurt or kill anyone. So he wouldn’t be able to do anything to any of the Sendai Colony Players Best he could do is escape but that’s it.

Plus fushiguro is there and we already know that sukuna has plans to keep fushiguro alive, so even in the worst case senario we’d probably see sukuna cash in that extension
Yeah, Tokyo n.1 is BY FAR the weakest, lmao. Even if they went something like 2v1 vs Kashimo, for instance, they would just both be instantly wiped out of existence. They wouldn't even see Naoya coming. It's really good that not only they are in the weakest colony but they have formed a more capable team in order to tank the bomb. I think Yuta and Hakari would probably be fine either way, but Yuji and Megumi REALLY need this team comp
I wonder what this new turn of events will do for Yuji's strength now that they know the angel wants him dead in exchange for Goujo. Sukuna's going to need to make a deal with Yuji to prevent him from offering himself over as a sacrifice.

He has the highest CE output of all time (stated) and doesn't suffer from any real CT burnout and has an unknown domain and is way more durable than Yuta (special grade btw) and was able to best him in hand to hand (special grade prodigy btw) and was potentially hinted at by narrative to be able to give Kashimo a good fight or be on his level (hyped up by Kenny himself?!).

The only way I can see Yuuji and Megumi dealing with any opponent from Sendai Colony would be if Megumi could make a Divine Dog spam inside his domain and we were to assume that the domain amps the Divine Dog enough to go from "scratch damage" to "something that can build up into serious damage", and meanwhile Yuuji just kept being protected by Megumi-created distractions and managed to spam full power Black Flashes on the enemy without getting hit even once.
Anything less, and they're getting bodied.
Sukuna can only take over Yuji's body with the 1 minute thing or Yuji agree to switch place with him. I don't understand why people keep saying Sukuna will save them, even if Sukuna use the 1 minute thing to take over Yuji's body, he can't hurt, kill or escape the colony with Megumi so the ONLY way the two could survive is Yuji let Sukuna take over WILLINGLY

Sukuna seeing megumi bargain would probably find it interesting and possibly cut a deal with him. Also he probably wants to get out and run wild a bit against such strong opponents.

Unless it's someonw with multiple techniques like Sukuna or Yuta for example, they wont be able to deal with Mahoraga. And none of tye sendai characters have multiple techniques. Also Ryu and Uro are not gonna work with each other no matter what.

So I think Mahoraga had a huge advantage only on curses like Kurourushi because of its positive energy but not on sorcerers. Broken Ronin, there is one thing you could consider though it too is a worst case scenario. Sukina come into play, he's interesting in Megumi and he doesn't seem to want to die, if push comes to shove maybe he backs Yugi into a binding vow, or uses the one he's already got with him. That gives him one minute to defeat the other sorcerers, not saying it works BUT it is a possibility. I do really hope both Megumi and Yuji get some kind of boost, without they are screwed going forward, they just are not strong enough for the culling games.

And the likelihood OF sukuna coming out in this scenario is actually VERY likely considering how sukuna seems to have an interest in megumi and considering how sukuna did make a binding vow with Yuji to be able to switch out with him for one minute I don't see why sukuna wouldn't just get megumi FAR away from him enough to perform a domain expansion and decimate everyone there......
Sukuna’s binding vow makes it so that he can’t hurt or kill anyone. So he wouldn’t be able to do anything to any of the Sendai Colony Players
