Alexandra pointed out to some comments on ChaseBaseIndia but the point is there were many good positive comments about her. She played really well congrats 🎉
That interview was very well done. Great questions and loved Alexandra's genuine responses. Definitely a classy representation of a chess player. Looking forward to her next challenges.
I expected atleast 1 interview of Andrea too she managed to scored good result based on her rating.
Alexandra won the tourney and scored an amazing performance. She deserved the interview
Treating losers the same as winners is a big problem in society these days.
We love sagar but this guy is good too
Intetesting questions
Also congrats alexendra🎉

i am a botez fan and i live in sardinia .... what else to be happy ..?
is it in Italy. because your name is meloni😂
Sorry to say...I have to admit I am one of those detractors and haters. I hate we don't have enough of interviews like these!
Congratulations, Champion Alex! Fantastic 8.5 out of 9 results in Sardinia Open B event! Best of luck in being invited to join the Canadian Olympiad team in Budapest in September!
Great performance! Congrats!
Great interview!
Remarkable victory
Oh, Alexandra Botez is the prettiest and the best, what a perfect match.
she's majestic
Well done Alexandra! You deserved the win!
Impressive lady 👏👏
Great job Alex!
Excellent Alex!
I am so proud of her.
How does the knight move?
Yayyyyy! ❤🖤🤍

Team Alex 💓
Congrats to the chess champion the beautifull Alex! Isn't she lovely?
Hello, come again
Alex looked about as comfortable in that white dress as a kindergartener in a cap and gown. No catwalks for her!
Single line answers by Alex.
She is smart to avoid the open a section, avoiding the titled players, and dominating the open b field with 8.5/9
I don't think she had a choice. Pretty sure A is for 2000 and above, and she was below. However, she earn a large amount of points with the tourny win, so she is now above 2000 and like she said, next time she will play in A...if she can keep the points.
Team Botez!!!
How much money she won?
2000 euro,, 1500 for the win, 500 for best female
@@henrikhansen1716hello google convert it into rupees!!
"I played chess in Ibiza. To show Danya I was cool..."
Is this a big event? I didn't hear a lot about it
Well, no GMs or Super GMs were there… (Category B !) but it is respectable anyway…
odometer... must be off charts
lmao, what a quote.
I love her answer when asked about 2 woman finishing in the top 3. There’s this very ignorant belief in parts of the world that woman don’t have the stamina to play chess at high levels. The evidence? How many grand masters are woman. When the reality is how many more men play chess. That’s it. How anyone who plays chess at a high level doesn’t understand this simple fact is maddening or sexist. Alex thank you so much for pointing out if more woman play chess you’ll see more winning! Ugh it drives me nuts how so much of the world still has these beliefs that woman are inferior. In a 43 year old man and it drives me nuts.
Whatever the facts are, and I'm content to accept those you present without deeply examining them, it is STILL uncommon, regardless of the reasons for the rarity. Sure, in time it will become more common, but pointing out her accomplishment isn't "ignorant"...it's an attempt to give her props.
Weird energy 😂
Yeah, kinda odd that she seemed a bit stiff and stilted in her replies, given how much time in front of a camera she has. But it's a minor glitch. More power to her.
@@KravMagoo she is probably tired . She doesn’t play otb very often .
@@songoku-jx3cb Could be...her answers were mostly okay, but when she stopped talking, she seemed to gliltch over into an oddly uncomfortable mode, like she felt her answers weren't professional enough. I think that's the issue...she's really trying too hard to come across as professional, when just relaxing and having fun with the interviewer would improve her demeanor and reduce the anxiety for both her and the audience.
Alexandra please get married
So you can know for certain that your hopes have been dashed and you can move on with your life?
@@KravMagoo exactly.
You guys really need a new interviewer
I think he did an amazing job and asked good questions.
Ain't she PHUCKING GORGEOUS? 💖💖💖
What stupid interview
She made it awkward by being awkward. I thought it was hilarious that he kept trying to get her to find a reason to say this win was special, but she was entirely, "NO...this was subpar compared to my previous experiences." LOL
