As far as pricing, if you do your homework you will see that this is priced close to the current market value. In addition people, don’t forget this is an asking price. In most instances there is room to negotiate!!

This house is in a great location, very close to Spanish Springs and the shopping & dining on 27/441. I agree with other posters that the master bath ahower did look a little small. I like that the home had both a Florida room and a lanai. Having a 3 year old roof & 1 year old AC is a plus...those are the big ticket items. Thank you Ira for showing this home.

It's an awkward entrance where you walk directly into the small TV room. The price seems high, given the limited living room space. A previous comment showed that the layout is more like an apartment than a house. I would have to agree with that opinion.

Not new construction or cinder block construction. Brand new 3 bed 2 bathroom, over 1500 sq feet goes from 302 -315. Upgraded cinder block construction, trusseled roofs can withstand cat 4 hurricane. Way over priced.
That looks very spacious for a 2BR/2BA. The Florida room and lanai really gives it that extra amount of living space. And the things that concern people like the roof and appliances are all already upgraded. The landscaping and driveway also look very nice. Would be perfect for 1 person. The master Bath is pretty small but it is a small house. Now that Margarita Republic is closed should be fine living that close to Spanish Springs. Agree that golf cart is very cute.
Ahh yes, the Jos. A Banks model, completely overpriced but have a “sale”….only this isn’t even on sale😂😂😂😂 be real, the price gouging is over keep it until you learn how to properly price 😂😂😂😂😂

Appliances were purchased in 2019, All matching stainless steel Whirlpool appliances.
If this house is FSBO, then how does a buyer's agent, such as Mr. Miller, make any commission? Has the seller offered a buyer's agent commission?
Maybe he was just paid to do the presentation.

Yea its a nice place but about 77,000 over what it should be. Housing in Florida is so over inflated.

Why is a realtor showing a FSBO?
He might be friends with owner or the owner is going to pay him a small commission.
Because in many cases 1. FSBO's will work with a Realtor if we bring them a buyer.
2. And Mainly it adds content and subscribers to the channel.
