No it is because IOS charges platform fee for publishing app in app store whereas android is free. So people who are complaining about high prices in iphones need to consider before buying. If you have paid so much for buying some useless phone, then consider paying more for everything else as well

The platform fee is same for both apple and google. App publishing on either platform takes 30% cut for more than 1mil downloads annually. So it doesn't make sense.
