The second release from the forthcoming Album ‘Set the Weather Fair: Seasons’ - an album of reinterpretations of Digitonal’s 2020 studio album - sees electronica duo fire_sign bring vocals into the mix for a ‘summery take on an autumnal tune’.
This version somehow manages to capture the splendour and depth of the original - with its calling clarinet and its rhythmic sway, you can almost see and feel the leaves falling from the trees in a green and brown jigsaw of colour - this new version now providing it with glints of sunlight through the branches and juxtapositions of light and shade.
Like all great reinterpretations, this new version brings another take for the listener without losing the essence of the original.
