I believe the same villa was posted by another UA-camr one year ago and that was for 7cr. What has happened in 1yr that the price has increased to 17cr?
Actually this is show villa which was previously not for sale.
The sales representatives & the UA-camrs used to show this as a sample villa to sell other villas of the same configuration in the same project.
Earlier the price of the Villas in this community used to start from 7 Cr plus taxes for a bare-shell unit ( without any furnishings).
Now the prices have been increased to 9 Cr plus taxes for a bare shell unit.
As this villa is a show villa & is fully furnished & designed by Kelly Hoppen so it’s going for a premium. The price of ₹17 Crore is inclusive of taxes as well.

Because Pune is the most liveable City. Has the best weather all year round. Very close to Mumbai. Roads are good. Traffic is very less compared to Bangalore & Mumbai.
