Trivia: Tokyo was so hot but Hokkaido was chilly! I expected it but this temperature difference is what makes you really realize that you have come all the way to Hokkaido! Unfortunately it rained during most of our stay but it doesn't matter underground. In winter it snows very heavily in Hokkaido and this underground walkway is something you should really take advantage of in Sapporo. Check out this video before you visit Sapporo in winter!

I can’t believe how lucky I am to have stumbled across this video. This place was basically my second hometown, and I haven’t been able to go to Sapporo for more than 2 years. Now I’m watching this video and my heart just aches, I miss this place so sooo much! 😭 Thank you so much for this precious video, I’ll be watching this a million times 😭💙💙💙💙

We went there with my son during the snow festival. Believe me, you appreciate the underpass when it's windy outside.

Yes I understand that. Not just wind but also snow! You can't live without the underpass in winter in Sapporo.

How can I forget this place? When I feel cold because of the winter, I always go down and look for food then back up to the street again. I always book near the Susukino station, but I always walk from Sapporo station to Susukino area with a quick walk here.

Me too! I hardly ride a subway and always walk from Sapporo station to Susukino station. This underpass is a life savor in winter and you can't live without it! 😄

Nice the vedio length. I just discover that all japan pple wear white or black or earthy tones from the start of the vedio... mostly. If old pple go there they will hv to walk quite far. 🤣16:41, i will go right first, then i go left. 🤣i never been in japan . You walk quite fast, thats good the walking speed.

Thank you very much for watching! Early summer is the best time to go see flowers in Furano. I missed the beat timing last year but I hope you can still enjoy this video here. ua-cam.com/video/BuhlC2_7-Yk/v-deo.html

It was 9/13/2020 16:30pm. I have posted the date & time info in the description. There are pros & cons and I don't know about the future but I think the Japanese government has been doing pretty well controlling the COVID19 so far.

    11:45 Skylight?

Yes, there is a hole on the ceiling and the sun light comes inside from there.
