Parade commander hand swing not 90 deg. And why when start marchpast his head turn right and left? Like checking blindspot. Not nice

The only time for an afternoon NDP at the National Stadium. The Last afternoon NDP at the Padang was in the 1990 edition.

The old number 1 uniform is way better. LTC Giles Maranda.. word of command was perfect.. in parade nowadays, word of command all seems to be done in a hurry.. lacks the same kind of gracefulness..
