@@dr.a2160 Continue to fill your space with praise music. UA-cam has a lot. Also, listen to your bible on audio. A Proverb and Psalm a day is refreshing. Select quiet time in each day to hear from God. Surround yourself around people from the same faith. You will start feeling less lonely.
What you are going through is normal. I have my doctorate and some times I would get stuck. Use a timer or the pomodora method. Also, pray before, during, and after your work. God is always by your side.

Please ask God to deliver my friend Emily from abuse, heal her, and give her a beautiful life. Please ask for mercy because the abusive family and people are torturing my friend
