This song, like... pretty much everything I've listened from Dirk Maassen feels profoundly sad to me (same for La Mer, River)... but others have commented it makes them feel happy. Funny how the same piece of music can be interpreted differently.

Now, after some time, I decided to learn it... I just posted it on my UA-cam account. Woke up tonight. My mother said come outside and I'll give you a tweet. I laughed because she can barely use a phone. Step outside, you'll see! And I did. I saw her entire sweet life run before my eyes in 4.36 minutes. Full of love I saw her eyes looking down at me as she gently woke a young boy's slumber. And I saw them again after just a whiff of time looking up at me as her body gently shook on her last bed.
