Hate to be a history nerd-dick, but Electro Swing being shouldn't be connected with the '20s. It should be Electro-Jazz.
The 1930s was "The Age of Swing", while the 1920s was "The Jazz Age".
Remember the film/musical "Chicago", set in the 1920s, and the first song is "All That Jazz". When Swing was created, it dominated Jazz. So if they didn't want to be old-fashioned, they'd sing "All That Swing". But there was no Swing yet.)
