I think the best sniper is BRT. It has the highest damage, fastest bullet speed ,high rate of fire, and straight line of fire. But it has also disadvantage. Reload speed is very long, recoil is big , and it's so huge. If you are hard to handle it, I recommend you AWP. It has the fastest reload speed, and it's smaller. You can handle it more easier :)
