You explained the procedure very well but I have some doubts. First by adding 40 gms caustic soda & 15 gms Baking soda,the PH of solution will be higher as we only adding 5 gms of Citric acid. How much PH of solution should be & how much PH you suggest

Hello citric acid is a tribasic acid there for 64 g of this neutralise 40 g of caustic soda.
Using sodium bicarbonate as pH regulator is an useful exercise.

knowing water already contains minarals that can interact with the chemical ingrefients we use for liquid soap making
I use any water but I always add EDTA to balance the pH.

SLES 28 is an excellent anionic surfactant, easily soluble in water, with excellent deconsolidation, emulsification, foaming and hard water resistance. Good biodegradability, excellent thickening effect and wide compatibility.SLES 28 is a viscous liquid at room temperature with very good solubility, which can effectively solve the problem that SLES-70 is not easily dissolved in the formula.

@@NaseerAbbasi-r8qI agree. She only added 5 grams of citric acid, which would require just 3 grams of caustic soda for a pH-balanced solution. Since she is adding 40 grams of caustic soda without any other acidic ingredients, I would say the final pH is above 13.

Your lye solution is not clear to me, in your other video I watched, you used 30g of caustic soda to produce 10 litres of dish washing soap, and here, you used 40g to make 5 litres of same washing soap. To me, it does not add up
Caustic soda is a strong alkaline that is highly effective in producing soap with good lather and cleansing properties. I used few ingredients in this formula, increasing the caustic soda helped with the viscosity, cleansing properties and leather effect, You can use 100g of caustic to make 10 liters of liquid soap provided you know how to control the pH ( Alkaline ) which I used citric acid to neutralise the alkalinity.
