Who are you people?! It's rhetorical. This is one of the best videos you've done so far. It is brilliant. Your classical philosophical references are solid, as is your reference to Robert Greene's book, "48 Laws of Power". Keep up the Good Work!
This is exactly what I did when four of my friends ended up being narcissists who tried to manipulate, mock, shame, guilt trip and gaslight me. Now they are nobody to me.
Yep that's me. Reinventing and surviving. Every attempt at my destruction has failed thus far, I assess from the eagles perch and soar into the future.
Wow! This exactly describes my thoughts towards the group of friends I recently distanced myself from. We have been drinking buddies the last 20 years, but now I've started to really evaluate our relationships a lot differently now that the party life has slowed down.
The sigma is the most effective type when it comes to dealing with problematic, toxic people. They know how to deal with them, and when the toxic party realizes it, they glare at the sigma in anger and frustration, knowing their strategy has hit the wall.
No. It is clear from the first microsecond. The logical approach is constant, non-selective, it is part of the mental system itself, there is no way that from a pure logical approach you will not notice a breaking point, no matter how small or "insignificant" it may be.

I kinda sorta agree with this except I don’t sit around and contemplate while rehashing all past insults or transgressions. For me it is a running list that is always just there. I don’t consciously think about it, it’s just there under the surface and when I have had enough it’s immediate. I’m done, you may as well be dead and I don’t even think of you again unless someone mentions you specifically. Like you never even existed. But I don’t sit around and contemplate or plan my revenge which is a common theme in this videos.
I watch and listen, trying to figure out things in my life. I have realized, at least in part, that I am not Alpha, yet I have Alpha tendencies at times. Myers-Briggs says I am 50% introvert; 50% extrovert. I believe I am Sigma, but while most things line up, some do not. I’m very curious to learn more! The other thing is that I exercise stoic principles. I am what I am, and couldn’t or perhaps more accurately, still can’t explain or understand what it is that I most align to, but if I were a betting man, I would say I am a stoic sigma. Albeit, there are some differences. I welcome your thoughts on the matter.
I don't think anyone fits any personality type 100%. Probably, sigmas are drawn to stoicism because it's natural for us. I use John Wayne's and Clint Eastwood cowboy characters to explain the difference between alpha and sigmas, John Wayne being alpha and Eastwood being sigma. John Wayne was almost always the leader of a group and very much "in your face" when he disagreed, while Eastwood's characters were almost always aloof and quiet, but a person to be reckoned with and could lead others when it was needed, but was otherwise a loner and a planner and non emotional. He didn't get in anyone's face and try to argue with them, he took action.
It sounds like you’re on the right track! Don’t worry about fitting perfectly into a label-focus on what feels true to you and keep building on that. Self-discovery is all about the journey.

Are you sigma thyself ?
Why you know so much about it?
Why sigma doubt too much about themselves?
trusting this over the ebook Magnetic Aura by Takeshi Mizuki? no wonder the same cycles keep happening

Keep working hard, 💪

The video was just like a description of a recent situation. Nice.

Thank you for helping me to remain resilient to ups and downs in my day to day encounters. 🤲🏽
Anytime! Glad I could help
Very accurately presented logic over emotion is the best approach.🙏🏾👆🏽
The problem is that these breaking points happen but are ignored at the time.
It’s only looking back later that you realise its importance.

@ Good luck thinking you’ll pick up on all breaking points immediately on meeting 🙄
