Bulgarians are known for their flavorful and rich-tasting dishes, and our cauliflower in a jar recipe is no exception. This dish is an excellent way to preserve the taste and freshness of cauliflower for seasons when it is not as abundant.
    Step 1: Ingredients
To start, you will need fresh cauliflower, vinegar, salt, water, and a few special spices to give that authentic Bulgarian taste.
    Step 2: Cleaning and Cutting
Wash and clean the cauliflower well, then cut it into pieces or florets suitable for the jar.
    Step 3: Pickling
In a vessel, prepare a solution of vinegar, water, and salt, and add the spices to give the cauliflower a special taste.
    Step 4: In the Jar
Fill the jars with pickled cauliflower and the previously prepared solution. Make sure everything is well covered and seal the jars.
    Step 5: Boiling
In a large pot, place a kitchen towel, the jar of cauliflower, and fill the pot with water up to the rim of the jar. Boil everything until the cauliflower changes color, about an hour and 30 minutes.
    Step 6: Waiting
Leave the jars of cauliflower in a cool and dark place, then you can serve them as needed.
