Amazing, only 2 piece and yet so complicated ... I never thought this possible at first until I buy my first hanayama puzzle the cast equa.. I got it dismantled and never was able to put it back togheter yet, beautiful

Ooh I just got this! Took me about an hour to take apart. I gotta say idk quite how I did it. I was careful to study it but eventually just got lost and stumbled onto the solution tho I did know what I was trying to do.
Putting it back together surprisingly took me less than 30 min. Again idk how, I knew where I was going but unsure of how I got there lol
I don't think I did that sneaky move you talked about unless it happened by accident and I didn't see it done.
Overall I'm satisfied with this puzzle. I like that it's not something I can quite memorize so it'll always be an adventure for me solve again.

I was very surprised when i took it apart in 1 hour. I had no idea how that happened. All moves i was doing were so similar it is very difficult to track what you do.
It is definitely in top 3 difficult Hanayama puzzles in my list. And i think i like it more than Hourglass and Vortex. You don't have to look for crazy moves or hidden tricks. It is kinda smart hard.
I just brought my first Hanayama (the Elk), and I must say they are ridiculous compicated. I buyit cos my son like how it looks.
Hanayama has a lot of puzzles. Some of them are not as hard. They have 6 difficulty levels. Try level 1-2 puzzles

Give your wife Vortex and Hourglass puzzles if you want to spend couple of days in silence 😄

I thought Cast Rotor is level 1 puzzle when i saw it first time on Hanayama's twitter. I didn't expect it to be so hard. But the fact that the puzzle has numerous solutions makes me wanna play with it again and again.

Because he's a copy of him. The accent, the camera angle, etc etc are just like Mr puzzle's. Even the channel name sounds like a copy of Mr puzzle

It is hard to solve for everyone. But it is also very nice toy to play. I've took it apart by accident after 1 hour of playing. You can take it apart faster if you are lucky enough. But it takes a lot of time to understand how it happened.
My puzzle is not perfect - at the final move i have to force it a little.
Hanayama uses cast molding (hense the name) so theres millimeter flaws, but I've never had a flaw that bad to were its unsolvable
this is/was very tough to put back together - You need to re shot the video as it is not the same standard as your others!
I shot this way because it took me too much time to solve the puzzle. And i can't redo it different way since i know solution already.

This puzzle is incredibly difficult indeed!! Tried following a solution and got lost in it, but then I came across this video.

I was able to figure it out and got my puzzle to the right spots and it just fell apart. LOL I don't know if i dare yet to try putting it back together wow this is indeed one of the harder puzzles right up there with Cast Vortex and Cast Hourglass. But I would still Rate Cast Vortex as being the hardest puzzle as that's just a rats nest nightmare to figure out even with the solution videos.
