@@SirWilliamGoes another subdivision with HOA rules. The company that is developing it did Lake Frances and the did a poor job. They also bought the YMCA land.
Unfortunately!!!! This was recorded a couple years back as a test and was private but they recently tore it down so i released it for others to remember it.
