wild rice = neutron flux

using cooking's carbide chef with precognition (for mutants) or with sphinx salt injector (for true kin), you can make a recipe to cook wild rice's random effect to be neutron flux's effect of gaining 1 AV permanently. You can NOT do this for eater's nectar effect, I have tested that the wild rice ingredient will be swapped for eater's nectar in the recipe. Sad.
