Nestled discreetly in the Brompton district of London, just southeast of Earls Court, is the elliptical street known as The Boltons.
According to Zoopla, as of September 2019, The Boltons is the fourth most expensive street in the UK with an average house price of over £15.5 million. The street consists of a mix of 6-bedroom semi-detached Victorian houses as well as flats. It is believed to be named after William Bolton who bought land in the area in 1795.
Notable former residents include Douglas Fairbanks Jr, Jeffrey Archer and Madonna.

What's cute and fluffy, loves windy days and never needs feeding? This --- amzn.to/2OWj31E
Beautiful walk again. Thank you for the tour.

Beautiful walk nice walk my friend please share more video thanks
Thanks for watching!
They are cheaper by the dozen. If you buy 12, you get the 13th for half price.
Beautiful walk in very expensive street 😊
I think very reach people live there. We such streets too 😊
Yeah, I'd need a few more zeroes in my bank account to afford one of these houses! :)
Very relaxing and beautiful walk!
Hey, thanks for watching! :)
Not that we should be advertising any of this, but Sumner Place, Onslow Square, Onslow Gardens, Pelham Crescent and Walton Street are only steps away from the Boltons. Although still generously sized, their houses are farther away from Earls Court, more elegant and closer to stylish shops, restaurants and museums. Just cast your eyes from Sumner Place toward the church or across the lanterns of Onslow Square at dusk and you will immediately see why the Boltons are more suited to a Real Housewives or Mysterious Billionaires reality TV show than the older school aristocrats who most appreciate the pace, culture, history and architecture of London. Thank you for these nice walks.
That's a very good insight! Those are all very nice streets. Maybe The Boltons residents like living in semi-detached houses? They are pretty rare this close to central London after all, but who knows.
Great content great walk beautiful house 🏠 keep going on 👏👍♥️
Appreciate it, thanks! :)
We lovely, It's a surprising area, thank you for sharing, have a nice weekend!
Thanks, you too! :)
Wow, thats a great walk down a very expensive neighbourhood! Must venture down there the next time we're in London👍
Thanks for watching! Yeah it's tucked away inconspicuously around the corner from Earl's Court, but totally open access.
Illchester Place near Holland Park is equally if not more expensive, which surprises me a little as it is in effect all open plan, which makes security more difficult. Also very nice are Edwardes Square and Earl's Terrace in Kensington, with comparable prices.
Yeah I was surprised Ilchester Place was that expensive too! It doesn't look that pretty for what it costs in my opinion. If I were an oligarch I'd still want my money's worth!
1962/7 I walked along this street en route to Bousefield Primary school.
You must drop in for tea the next time you are walking by
That would be most splendid!
Beautiful walk,have a great day
Thanks, you too! :)
Wow - so nice
Hey, thanks for watching! :)
2:30 Tom Ford's house
It reminds me of the set of Mary Poppins
As always thank you! Did you by any chance shoot Walton Street? 😍
Funny you should ask! I'm starting a new series next week. Without giving too much away, it's going to feature areas like Knightsbridge, Belgravia etc. quite a bit, so Walton Street is on the to-do list. :)
Richard would faint if hyacinth purchased a house on this street.
Pity you didn't see me at the window waving to you. I live in the rather large White House to your right. : )
😂
Oh damn, next time feel free to invite me in for champagne and caviar! ;)
Can i move in😂😂
Do you have to win the lottery just to walk down the street?🤣💷
The street's public access, luckily. But you'd probably have to win the lottery twice to buy a house there!
whites houses, looks so nice. very beautiful street.
Hey, thanks for stopping by! :)
