if there is ever an April fools Day update where they just add funny sound effects to the twisteds when they chase you, I genuinely hope they use a small part from the song "everybody walk the dinosaur" for when Shelly chases you.
Anatomically, she resembles the Rex the most, Velociraptors and Gallimimuses are much more streamlined and ostrich-like. She's most likely a generic interpretation of a dinosaur, her voiceline after finishing a machine is simply to highlight her knowledge with all things prehistoric.

what happend basicly: sprout was near the oven and it exploded and got on his hands and half of his face shelly loved dinosours so she tried to make her body look like one but ended up injuring the middle part of her body vee had trouble connecting and a virus spreaded through pebble on his back side he grew a body funfact: those white things on pebbles head is his arms not ears astro astro went through some painful moments and accidently touched the ichor and made him twice his size
