Water dropping helicopters and plane, Palma de Mallorca fire 2016

This was a fire near son Moix, Palma de Mallorca, Spain in 2016. The firefighters made some dangerous approaches, there were a lot of power lines nearby.

It seems like they could drop much more of the water right on the fire if they slowed down somewhat...but there could be a factor that I'm unaware of
